I would but microsoft is being retarded and is assuming just because i lost the pin code for my microsoft word that i pirated windows and wont let me dowload language packs.

The language files are on any copy of Windows 2000, XP, or server 2003. I dunno about Vista.

Some installations (my tiny edition of 2003) don't allow the installation of eastern Asia language files for some reason, too.
