Werk is still giving away patches for this as if they were chocolate chip cookies, so don't expect neither Aro nor me picking this back up for a while. Once the patch flurry slows down/completely stops, we'll get back into this.

And it's funny the game crashes for you guys at all; I've watched ALL attack animations and it's never crashed once on me.

I still have to pay for chocolate chip cookies.  :emo:

As far as the game crash from the attack animation, it only happened on my system when the hang glider attack happened. However, I went through earlier and played through that chapter again, doesn't happen anymore. Could be a 'fix' from one of their free chocolate chip cookie patches. I just remember it happening way back when BMW 3 was released and I was going through it.

When BMW4 was first released, there was this other bug during the chapter Sora appears - the moment she spreads her wings, the game just locks up. It doesn't crash, the music still plays, it just locks up.

Any tips on how the fuck do you level Len, other than sticking Kohaku/Karen/Natsuki beside her to continuously buff her while she continuously resupplies?  :psyduck:

Yeah that sounds silly.

You could abuse the fact that she has the evade buff (for only 12 sp) and small "skill", give her SP regen and then just sit her in front of some normal enemies and let her attack for free.

Then again I pretty much give everyone with the evade/hit buff SP regen because its so damn good.

I usually try to keep everyone at around the same level range, Len included. She has the always useful Bless seishin, too.

meh, I only leveled the Shiki's. With massive crits and counter-attacks, not to mention their stupid dodge rating, I didn't need anyone else. Akiha and her AT field were lols, but up since she couldn't attack close up, I didn't bother.

I do have much love for Rin, so I tried leveling her, but it went so very slowly till she became Kaleido Ruby, but she was still too weak...too little HP.

You'll have more fun playing with a full cast rather than a selected few, frankly speaking. It's fun to see your guys using various different dynamic moves to tear shit up.

...You do know that Bless and Encourage are like the most important seishins in the for maximizing your EXP and money gain, right?

Exactly my thoughts.
Unless you're in for the final god damn battle. I was forced to use a cast of super robots in the final stage of Original Generation 2.

besides lol-ing at some of the chapters (particularly the mahou shoujou chapter) and the omg wtf rly?! moments, it is entirely SFW. except you may end up playing it more than actually working.

Thanks (although I'll be using it on the family pc lol, just used the term sfw to indicate content, although from what you said it sounds even better)

On that note, Satsuki is a 'secret' character in the game.

Also Saber Lily and Magical Amber, but I've already noted how to unlock them earlier in the thread.  Sacchin is more complicated, and you can only unlock her in the Super route (unfortunately).

There are 3 separate conditions you have to meet, from 3 different missions having to do with her.  If you manage to get all 3, you can unlock her, but only in Super route.  =<  My first game was in Real route, before I knew about this restriction.

Update, everyone.

Aroduc got around to checking, translating and integrating the latest Werk bugfix patch (which also includes the 140MB Perfect Edition patch). Turns out both the configuration and game binaries are new, so I decided that, since from what I understood in Werk's latest blog post this is the LAST version of BMW to be released, I'd start translating all the shit that needs doing now. Dunno when I'll have an ETA, but at least I'm working on it.

Thanks for the update DZ.  I've been getting impatient to play this, but I'm still managing to hold off until you guys are completed.  I'm glad to hear this is finally getting underway.

You could blitz through one route while waiting, Loli. There is a New Game + after all.
