Im confused O.o

So Recently bought this anime (Tactics... not the greatest I might add)
and I was looking around online to see if I payed to much...

Well I found out that it does not come out till February 5th....
Is it at all possible that this is somehow boot-legged? It would seem possible...

Ideas?

FYE would not be selling pirated stuff, so its proabaly a typo that its not released.

Yah thats probably true, its not pirated... but even animenewnetwork says the same release date...
I find it hard to believe that 3 reliable sources all got this wrong...
