HRAP 3 PC Problems?

So I just ordered the new Hori Real Action Pro 3 from play-asia through meltybread and Arly tells me there may be a compatibility issue between the stick and PCs.  Anyone have experience with this stick yet?  XP or Vista?  I'd hate for my first mod to be replacing the usb line with a PS2.

I suppose I'll find out by the end of the week, but waiting for an answer is so analog.  That or I'm just impatient, heh.

There's a switch in the upper left.  It toggles between input modes.  Just put it in the middle position, "L," and any standard PC will recognize it without problem.

So is that the feature that lets it toggle between d-pad and POV function, like when you press the analog button on a standard PSX controller?  In any case that's great news.  Thanks man.
