No problem, I have a surefire strategy that will allow you to breeze through Lunatic with a little luck.
Build Sakuya Izayois (knife throwing maid), and upgrade them.
Get up to 50 Sakuyas, then continue upgrading them. They're strong enough to take on virtually any mob. You might run into some trouble with Youmus (dashing slashers), any unit with self-destruct and long-range, but ultimately you'll kill everything with ease.

I pulled a noob move in Homeworld. That is, I made all my ships hyperspace to one side of the map, but the carrier didn't. This was after we were surrounded by like 20 capital ships with big-ass lazers. Damn malfunctions....
Hence: Always make the carrier hyperspace first, or you'll be taught a lesson in humility.

well i got suspended from school for 10 days and recommended for expulsion might have to do jail time and i have to go to detention every day before and after school for all 10 days
i got in a wreck on the way home from school this morning (after detention) the other person way my teacher. i got a shredded tire and i had to drive home on it which is a 15 minute trip that took 2 hours going 10mph and stopping every 5 min to let people pass when i finally got to a gas station i noticed it was unreparable and i went inside and they told me to walk a mile to a tire store it was going to cost $70 to repair it so i walked to Mcdonalds to have lunch and then walked back and saw another tire place so i figured id try that 10 minutes later the guy finally gave me a quote which was $105 nice try so i walked back to the gas station and waited for my mom to pick me up i went to school at 8:00 that morning and didnt return untill 12:00 it is now 4:05 EST and my car is still at the gas station.

I just rested after playing Tales of Destiny Director's Cut (the parcel arrived a while ago) and...
I lost to Miktran on Chaos many times for the past 4 hours, the other one I managed to kick his ass but on the latter part didn't. He had a damn Skill called "Deep Grudge" which deals 8000 damage. Flash Jewels didn't help me (unlike on the Remake).
On Lion's Side, I got kicked again by Stan, Rutee and Mary on Chaos. Mary's Bakujin Kyosatsu + Stan's Gurenken = oblivion. I spammed Garyuusen->Garyuu Meppa->Stone Blast (for Earth Beat Kuuchuu Shoujutsu) but it didn't work >_>. Time for Majinken->Majinken Souga abuse!

I've been repeatedly trying to beat Phantasmagoria of Flower View's Extra Mode with Komachi (working my way to unlocking the last couple characters) for a good while now, to no avail. At this point I'm tempted to just seek out a full complete file so I don't have to deal with this annoyance to finally play with everyone. Fuck Komachi and fuck no-life timed survival rounds.
Also fuck you kaihidou, for having ToD: Director's Cut. I want it, but I don't want to import games unless the story doesn't matter to me (mostly shmups and 2d fighters). Any word on if that's going to be brought over to the US?

So far, no word on US release. The game's good though both the Lilith and Lion's Side is short. It's more like a "What if?" storyline.

I did try one time using Light Spear Cannon (Senkou Tsuijinga) and Tempest (Rekkuuzan) but I often miss the timing on Luke's LSC after pulling off Guy's Tempest. I haven't tried the Tiger Blade/Severing Wind loop yet (abuses Crescent Strike[Kogetsusen]/Demon Fang[Majinken] more than Tiger Blade[Koga Hazan]) but I might try on that one. :D
However, I tried Light Spear Cannon and Anise's Dragon Surge (Garyuugeki). But I just screwed it up big time... :V Much appreciate on the tips guys :)

The advantage of using Tiger Blade/Severing Wind is that it gives you wind FOFs :V 3 loops for a free Dragon Tempest. It's a pretty effective way to keep the enemy hitlocked. More over, there's time to use Center after Severing Wind and chain that into another Tiger Blade.

Void Tempest is the one which FoFs into Dragon Tempest, actually, but why Tiger Blade instead of something like Crescent Strike?

Using Void Tempest was a given. =p I know how it works. But yes, Tiger Blade has a ton of advantages over Crescent Strike. More hitstun, next to no recovery, it puts you into the air, it's easier to put the enemies into proper spacing for other setups, it has a better FOF change than Crescent Strike(Multi-hitting AOE that gives + frames on block? Hell yes), etc... Really, Crescent Strike is fine if you aren't trying to be super-technical and fancy like me.
