I've just started going back there over the last month on Wednesdays. Chances are, if you've seen a black guy with glasses playing KOF casually, that's me.   ;)

Are you the guy that plays the team with Shingo on point? If so, then I've seen you a few times.

No that's the other brutha. I'm the one who usually plays with him, now-a-days.

hi everyone
I'm new here
to tell the truth, I'm new to Melty Blood and others Type Moon's product.
I play AA not so bad in Ryougi Shiki full moon style, but I play AC like a disaster
btw: my English is not good so if I made any mistake, please forgive me.
Nice to know everyone!

Is there anything wrong with Arisato Minato?
A Ryougi who doesn't play H? Welcome.
I don't really into Half Moon stuff. I prefer Full moon (though I can only play Ryougi in that style), and Crescent. I'm going to try C Nanaya and Len and Sion I think.
btw: really thanks for the reply.

Hey, I'm Nameless_One.
I have played Melty Blood on a casual level for a couple of years.
My main is Random, but I like to play H-Shiki if my friends let me choose my character.
I am currently trying to create my own harem.
Let's see if I can be active on this forum, while I'm trying to get rid of my habit of dropping combos.
If not, I will just continue lurking and attacking in random button patterns. =)
Being on a date with a girl is just like playing a fighting game. It's all about combos, zoning, handling pressure and not to burst to early.

I played Tohno and Nanaya back in Act cadenza. I can do some easy combos but it is nothing fancy.
It felt natural to play Tohno in Actress again and Half-moon suits my playstyle.
But I mostly plays random for some casual fun.
I should practice more and ask for some advice in the Half-moon Tohno thread.

hi i'm bad at this game.
currently live in new jersey and play melty/cvs2/kof xiii/arcana/whatever at chinatown fair semioften. blahblah
i rarely find any players who seem to know how to play there though.
its mostly people with fake cat ears/tails and the whole cabinet is a horrible piece of shit from back when they had arcana 2 for a week.

i main c/h/f nanaya and sub c warc.... yeah i know.
i was thinking about switching my sub to my main out of shame, but it almost feels like a waste of watching all those nana match vids on nico.
i can somewhat play h roa, h ries, and f v-akiha but only in that i know some bnbs and have an idea of which moves are good for what situation.
anyway, i digress.
it's nice to meet you all.

p.s. the "rarely find anyone who knows how to play" bit was definitely not an insult to anyone who says they go to cf to melty. it only means i don't go all that often and when i do find someone to play with they usually don't seem to be interested in the game competitively.

...."Yeah you know" what? All of those are legit characters who rely on fundamentals for higher level play. There's absolutely nothing to be ashamed of.

No, all the players that play melty at CTF are definitely free, since they don't go out and play people who live near good players by the arcade.

Welcome , stick around, and post in your reigonal thread for games. They're plenty of players in NJ who are great, so hit us up!

"yeah i know" as in here comes another guy playing what seems to be the most popular character in the states AND runs a pretty scrubby one in comparison to other, already established players. (seriously my neutral melty game is pretty garbage.)

haha i see sumazndude and tinshi down there sometimes but they never seem to so much as touch that machine.

edit: seems to have turned out nicely. and thanks i really like this game and hope i can play a lot more of it with everyone.

I Live in the West Coast, I'm another Nanaya player. Quick skim reveals to me that's not an uncommon thing. As for my local scene.. I have no idea. Don't have any friends who play the game, and I don't go out to arcades.  I also seem to suck at this game, but I like it and want to get better.

Fellow Rutgers warrior! SALUTE!

P.S. : Alot of new players in this thread don't say their location, and I'd recommend being a little more reigon specific if you want to contact people to play games and etc. For example, instead of NJ, say "Mid-NJ", and the sort.  :toot:
