Hi,
just joined the forums, though have been reading it as a guest for a while.
Been playing MBAC for... 2 weeks now?
I'm playing mostly Akiha and Ciel now though have tried all of them (neco-arc chaos still amuses me)

Hey, I've lurked for a good bit of time and wanted to at least make my MBAC love official. I hope to break into  the MB Community in M.D/D.C/V.A and level up my Nanaya a great deal. Thanks for having me aboard.  :)

Hello all,

I've been playing MB for about a month ever since UCLA got a cabinet at the arcade.  It's ridiculous how much fun it is to play.  Also just recently got into netplay at #mbcaster.  I main v.akiha and play hisui and sacchin on the side.

I grew up watching my older brother and cousins play hyper fighting on snes all weekend.  I started playing seriously during the alpha years after they showed me a '98 SFA3 tourney video.  Alex Valle is my hero :blah:

Currently my main game is 3s although I can play cvs2, mvc2, and melee at a decent level as well.  I'm looking to add MB into that list.  Hope to see y'all online and hopefully at an FFA tourney eventually -.-/

I'm Mari From Glendale, AZ. I'm absolutely horrible at Melty, but I'm learning  :slowpoke: So far, I use Ren, and havent really tried any other characters.. OTL

As for the scene here, I go to Choco's house and enjoy delicious Melty training. ONE DAY I WILL BE GOOD.

ONE DAY.

So yeah...hi, I'll leave this name at Yuen for now. I'm not the best at MB, but I'd like to say that I'm not the worst as well. I started playing MB after watching Shingetsutan Tsukihime, and all the doujin fighter games progressed after that.

I usually try to master all of the characters except for the Necos and Chaos, cuz 1. Necos are easy to play with (and fun to watch) and 2. Chaos players are cheap as hell.

I'm currently using a f-ed up PC gamepad. I can't afford a joystick, but I hope to get one one day.

I can't really do all those huge combos I see on the forums, but I can still pull of some aerial BnBs if I see them visually, I doubt I will be able to understand anyone's "Melty Blood lingo" at all...then again I doubt I will be needing it to win...

I hope to get some kind of MB mentor to teach me all of those weird words on the Melty Bread site and youtube like whiff, okizeme, jump cancel, and others. If someone's able to volunteer. I've got my AIM available almost all day.

I don't really care for the "major tourneys, but watching them is great.
I live in California, USA, plus I can only go to local tourneys whenever I'm at an anime convention I'm going to. So if you're going to some place like Sac Con or Sac Anime, you'll most likely see me there. AIM me if you go there.

It's from Battle Moon Wars, a Type-Moon based parody of Super Robot Wars (and a damn good one too!).  It's Hisui's basic attack, lol.

I can't wait for part 4 to be released (or for Aroduc to finally finish the translation of part 3).

Also, respond to your damn PMs Chibi!  D;

The intentional denial is a long-running forum joke because (according to them) the anime is sub-standard. Don't try to prove them otherwise.  :V

Hi, I'm new here and I live in Michigan, where a competitive scene for any video games at all is pretty much non-existent. :V

I got into competitive Smash around '07, but that's kinda dying out due to Brawl being a subpar game to move on to. And I guess I played some IaMP. Then I saw a bunch of random MBAC vids on sibladeko's channel or something and decided to get into that, after finishing Tsukihime's five paths. Since there's not really any tournaments that happen around here for anything except SSBB, I just netplay with friends. Also, I play on keyboard, lulz.

Oh yeah, and I play Nanaya because I have no tech skill.

Yeah, I'm pretty much just netplaying my friends who mostly play Melee, but since we're all in different places for the summer and going to Brawl tournaments isn't worth it, MBAC's a pretty good substitute.

Yo, wassup everyone, I'm Xploit Neo. I live in Memphis, and besides my brother and I, the Melty scene here is dead. I wish I could find more people to play against, but no one here is interested in Melty, just the main stuff. I love using Ciel, Hisui, and Akiha. Thank God for Meltybread!!!!
