Uhhh, hi.

I'm WaffleZ (someone already took that name, so I guess I'm WaffleZkun on the MB forums.)

I'm mainly a Super Smash Bros Brawl player, and play the game competitively. I'm a regular at the Smash World Forums and smash has been a big part of my life since I was a little kid. Also, I'm a raging Link fanboy and can't really help it. I play Link in Soul Calibur II, all the smash games and such, usually as blue. (God, I love the Zelda games.)

Anywho, I've been playing Melty Blood for... 3 days now? I'm pretty terrible at it, I can do a 2ABC 5C jBC before epically failing the rest of the combo. My only complaint is that Link isn't in the game. :3
Well, Walachia kind of looks like Link. But when he screams "katto" like a maniac, I cringe...

Oh, and uh... I play Nanaya Shiki [Color 5] and alternatively as that crazy little maid girl with the broom (I truly am a noob, huh?). I think her name was... Koharu? Koku...Ko... Something. Anywho, I play as color 8 for her.

So yeah, hi. Any of you could easily crush me in a Melty Blood match, no questions asked. But hop on the Wii and pop in Brawl, my Link will be Nair gimping and Zair ledgeguarding you into the point of a 3-stock. (Props to anyone that understood what any of that meant.) Also, I don't play Wi-Fi because the lag just SUCKS.

Soo, uh. Hi, Melty Blood forums! Be nice, please? x)

Hi, Arlieth. How do you do?
I retrieved message board by using the key word such as "english" and "message board" in google.
This message board is one of them. Then, I came here.
Somehow A style of painting of Melty Brood's pictures  are not suitable for my taste...
However, I have an enjoyable  that I read the conversation here.

Valerian, How do you do?
Yeah, I'm surely looking to make progress in it.
For instance,  Chinese or Korean are close to Japanese, so we can master by studing for as much as one year.
However, there are a lot of people who cannot speak English well even if he has studied for ten years just like me because English is a language quite different from Japanese.
and because there is little chance to speak with the person in the sphere in English for person who live in Japan.
By the way, Are Melty Blood and Melty Bread different games?

Melty Bread isn't a game. It's this board's name.
Melty bread is a board game version of Melty Blood, it is similar to Monopoly and Scrabble, It makes discrete references to 2girsl1cup, and Big Rigs Over The Road Racing. The object it to be the first player to completely cross the entire board, while not dying and killing all the enemies, which lets you go towards the future and into the crimson moon, if done correctly you will receive a scape doll.

I was actually being serious with my question.  I understand he's native Japanese, and I wouldn't mind conversing with him to help him better his English.  I'd make a separate thread for it though, rather than clutter this one up with unrelated conversation.

Kinta, melty bread is actually not a game at all.  It is just the name of this message board, created by combining melty blood and french bread (the creators of melty blood).  Also, I can understand how difficult learning another language is, especially when it's as different as English and Japanese.  I've studied to learn Japanese, but it's very difficult for me to progress in.

Hi everyone.

Just googling for good fighting game for the PC when I came across Melty Blood. Quite a good game and fairly easy to learn although still sucks at making combos.  :bleh:

The only game that had made me bought a gamepads.  :bleh:

Usually uses Arc, Sion, Ciel, Akiha, and even Neco-Arc(Black one included) to beat-up my friends.

Tis true!
It is such a complex game, all the rules and regulations of the game are so complex, which makes the game superior because it lacks many loopholes that other games contain with the ambiguity of the rules. When you choose your character they have different affects, and are not effected by certain enemies, your character must avoid the loli kind, unless, your character is of legal age, or a ninja. Traps and dick girls are avoided or embraced, depending on your characters status job and skills.

Hello, mewofforcena, Alfonse, and Valerian!! How do you do?
I have no idea at all...!
One person said that "Melty Bread"  was a board game, but other said that it wasn't a game. I'll be crazy in confusion...
Now, I knew it was a game which was made based on the Manga in Japan.
However, the Manga "Melty Blood" or "Tsukihime" aren't sold at the Manga specially book stores in Japan. Why is it?
Most popular Mangas in Japan now are " Naruto", "One Peace", "Magical teacher Negima", and "Grappler Baki", etc...

Hello.  Don't have Melty Blood myself, unfortunately, but I know someone who oh-so-kindly lets me play with him.  Well, sorta - he's got it on computer, but uses the keyboard, so for the most part it's one of us going through Survival or somesuch while the other (usually me) watches.  I'd been hoping to get it for Christmas, but no go - I'll probably be able to buy it in a month or so, after I get back to school, if I'm lucky.

Um, character-wise, I like the Lens and the Akihas, but I suck abominably with both Lens (I think I'm better with White Len, though), and I can't seem to figure out how Akiha moves, so I'm learning V Akiha as my main.

Hm.  No spoiler-blocks?  My cat is ignoring me right now.  That means you get to learn the other screen-names I use on different forums (Arbiter of Chaos, Chaos Arbiter) and the fact that I like to save avatara that I like.  I currently have 18 from here.

Edit:  Oops, forgot where I am.  Madison, WI.  We are currently lacking in snow, so if you can spare a few inches, you would have my long-term (relatively speaking) gratitude.
