Hey everyone, I'm Aeph. I'm pretty much a GG/BB player that fell into Melty Blood because of Tsukihime. At this point, I barely play anything besides Melty Blood. I play Ryougi and Ries in AA and Aoko in AC. My local scene is whoever I can drag into playing fighting games, so there isn't much of one.

That said I don't post very much, but I figured I'd say hi anyway.

Hay I'm Dr.Faust form SRK and Dustloop forums. I want to get in to this Game but I'm a little broke at the moment so Its not happing atm. Any way how is this game and is there any games that play like it. Here are the games that I play competitively.

I say start with whoever looks the coolest to you!  Just be sure to consult videos and the wiki often during the learning process, and don't be afraid to pop into chat to ask questions with the community.  Most of us are more than happy to help!

I'm basically a fan of fighters (and shmups) and well I've just gotten back into Melty after a long hiatus, I draw stuff, I listen to rock and I watch cartoons.

Oh, and since I've played SF before MB I usually refer the MB moves as SF, like Ciel's "Flash Kick" so watch out.

Mah name is Dimitri Trasybule, age 18. I live in Florida and I just recently discovered Tsukihime...which led me to play Melty Blood, which, in turn, led me to get MBAC! (And im also trying to get MBAA, dunno if my pc can run it so im hesitant about buying it.)

So now im HERE, at Melty Bread, and I wanna PLAY!

I use Shiki (both of em), Ciel, Arcueid, and Akiha.
Im still getting used to the ropes, go easy on me. I'm gonna spend my time finding the noobs such as myself to play.

I go by the name Ryofu. I can't say I'm really new to MB, more like a beginner, but I've been trying to play for quite a few months now. A few friends of mine have been playing for quite sometime now. I've wanted to get better, but I'm having trouble finding my groove so to speak. >.< I like Aoko, but learning her is such a problem, and I've tried V-Akiha, but her loop is a killer to do to me, so now I'm working on Seifuku Akiha. (Guess its pretty obvious, I'm an Akiha fan.) So hopefully, I can get better in the next couple of months or so.

If anyone has any advice on getting better, I'm good for listening to anything. ^.^

As far as other fighting games, I play SC4, Tekken 6, SF4, working on get better at Blazblue, and I'm pretty amateur at Guilty Gear.

I guess thats all I really have to say.

Hey. I'm movezig5, which is also the name I use in almost every online game. I typically use Nanaya or Shiki, but I don't make a habit of maining characters--a habit which tends to have a detrimental effect on my skill. My local scene is nonexistent, not only for Melty Blood, but for fighters in general. (FYI, I'm in the Chicago suburbs.)

Good day to you all, been playing MBAC some and would like to get to know the Melty Blood community. Only fighters I play is BlazBlue(CS) and now MeltyBlood(AC). Looking forward to future conversations and matches with you guys.

Ricky here, have get to know melty blood through mugen den decided to take a look @ d game after a year..playing aoko & ryogi(still in training). I play other fighting games as well such as tekken 6,ssfiv,bbcs,kof 12,sc4 etc & is veteran in tekken.

Welcome and high five for being an Akiha fan. V-Akiha's momiji loop is pretty easy, just be patient and grind it out. I played Akiha (C-Akiha now) in MBAC and switched to V-Akiha in MBAA. Just my two cents but the general consensus is that S-Akiha is pretty bad and feels pretty incomplete as a character. You might have to get creative with her as there is also really no available footage for her but a couple others have put in their time with her in training mode. All the other Akihas are very playable.
