This is officially the most fcuked up phobia of all

You think that list is bad? Try looking at the list of paraphilias. Some of the more bizarre ones:

• Autoassassinophilia: sexual arousal from fantasizing about or staging one's own murder
• Dendrophilia: sexual attraction to trees and other large plants.
• Homeovestism: sexual arousal by wearing the clothing of one's own gender
• Kleptophilia: sexual arousal from stealing things
• Pyrophilia: sexual arousal through watching, setting, hearing, talking or fantasizing about fire
• Tamakeri: sexual arousal from having a male kicked in the groin by a woman
• Telephone scatologia: being sexually aroused by making obscene phone calls to strangers

It must be really easy to get a boner if you have Dendrophilia near a woody area. No pun intended.

Aren't paraphilias different from phobias? From what I know they are sexual attraction to said things as opposed to fear of them... or are you just comparing the weirdness factor between being scared of them and being attracted to them?

My fear? I guess it would be the fear of becoming paralyzed. I've had manic episodes in my sleep when I couldn't move and they scared the shit out of me.

I know what you mean, when you want to move, you must move, but you can't because you're actually in your bed restrained by your blanket, or whatever is there. It usually happens when I am getting mugged in my dreams.

My greatest fear, though, is bugs. Bugs, bugs, bugs, FREAKIN' BUGS! I tend to flip the hell out when I see one, and I have this memory carved on my head, which involved a huge stain on the floor, and when I went to touch it (I was 3/4), I discovered it was an entire city of ants that started dispersing when I came close.

Couldn't move, but I felt like I was still aware of my surroundings. And it sucked, cause I had the choice to give in and go back to sleep, or try and wake-up, but it'd be really hard to do so. When I give in and go back to sleep, I feel like I can't breathe, and it's like I'm letting myself die=P

When I try and fight, I usually manage to wake-up after a while, but I get sleepy again, go back to sleep, and the whole cycle starts over again=P

I'm afraid of ladders. Not of heights, I can stand on a mountain right at the cliff and jump around, but if I just SEE a ladder, I get panic. But only the normal ladders that lean at a wall, those /| ladders. (/ = ladder, | = wall). If it's a /\ ladder, I can climb upon it without problem. I figured out myself, that I'm afraid of the ladder not being stable on the ground and slide away.
