Is there any decent translation tool?

I have a ton of stuff that I wanna translate from japanese to english but I can't find a good online translator.Is there at least one translation tool thats not a total shit?I know I cant expect it to do wonders but at least I want to understand the meaning of the sentence that I want to translate.

Nah,english is not my native language so I don't feel obligated to learn it perfectly(ignorance is bliss).

If you want to type stuff and lookup kanji, then jwpce is your right choice!
