I'm looking for voice rips, specifically Ryougi Shiki's or Arcueid in WAV format. Does anyone have?

If not, can I get a program that can unpack the gamefiles so I can look there?

I have Aoko's MBAC voice clips. I probably obtained them by extracting from her MUGEN character through Fighter Factory. You could do the same with other characters.

Doing that right now, but I feel the quality would be higher if I just get them directly from the game itself. Is there a program to unpack those p files?
