I know its late but im sure you can get away with selling shirts at events, just not on the game floor. Melty people usually stick together in a few hotel room. (Evo packed like 60 fucking people into 1 room. never again. unless its one of those balla ass suites.) Just advertise that your selling shirts and when you get interest haul them around and start selling.
