Because it's a collaboration with NewType. Unless NewType is just "announcing" the anime it sounds more like an event or meet or something. Just rumours at this point.

Fuck yeah. The super beefed bike that was made for Saber is awesome. Can't wait for next chapter to get tl so that I can read about the badass race/battle between Saber and Rider.
Also Fate/Zero berserker is definitely the most badass character of the entire Fate franchise. Every time there's a scene with him it has me going "WTFFFF! NO FUCKING WAY! HOLY SHIT!" and other such exclamatories.
