By why i've seen, there's practically no articles in the wiki, aside from the ones from the PS2 version, so my question is if no one cares anymore about editing the wiki, and making the information more organized and easy to read for everyone?

As far as I know, no one really cares since the scene has stagnated. If you have any questions about a specific character feel free to ask them in a specific forum and they will be answered.

Too much effort, honestly. Plus, a lot of characters don't have many players (if any) maining them. If you want to learn a character, probably better to go on IRC or the forums and ask.

Only a few characters/moons were updated after 1.07 came out, I guess those who usually did it just didn't feel like it and nobody else took the time.
I'd be willing to help filling in for the characters I know, but it'd be pretty pointless unless more players did it too. Maybe we could start a group effort! =D *waits for the stones*
For now, you're better off asking advice in the character foruns.

Yeah, I personally put most of my effort into making videos for chars. So that's my excuse for not updating the wiki. ;)
If I could, I might just link the vids I make in the relevant wiki sections.

Maybe we should just start off with basics, like move frame data and whatnot. Yet again, that's probably the bitchiest part. I too found the empty wiki to be quite troublesome, as I was introduced to the FGC with a silver spoon in my mouth:

Yeah, we do have all that information, but no one wants to bother organizing it all. If you ask on IRC, you can usually get all the information. Plus, there are some pages that are pretty filled out. Look at the CTohno page. That shit is crazy. Satsuki pages, Ryougi pages, etc. are all decently filled. Plus a lot of characters (HKohaMech, FKohaku, etc.) have detailed write ups on the forums.

Well, it's just that I'm taking a real liking to this game, even more so than Blazblue right now. It's just kinda sad to see the scene so stagnant. I'm not trying to force any work on anyone, but maybe if we all shared a bit about of what we have, it'll eventually get there. We do have a huge backlog of PS2 stuff we can carry over.
BTW, what's the jump startup in this game? 4 frames? Also, I've seen lot's of gameplay exploiting Kouma's slow neutral tech time. Can you block immediately after neutral teching? Some of the resets I've seen don't look quite right.
EDIT: And my personal thanks to the guys on the C-Nanaya wiki. Especially the frame data. That's what got me comfortable with my main to begin with.

Jump startup is different for each character and also different depending on the direction of the jump. It's generally 4, though. You cannot block after tech.

Irysa's work on the Ctohno page helped a fuckton in learning this game in general, props to that writeup and his attention to detail.
I started filling in HAoko's page recently, partly as im a trainingmode and notepad fiend, but mostly thanks to some recent jp videos that showcased the potential of the character along with the excellent ps2 forums / accumulated knowledge from discussion with more experience players. The formatting is pretty terrible but i will endeavour to tidy it up for anyone else to contribute easily to it.

I changed some formatting to make it more presentable, but a lot of the meter gain is wrong. Some of the combo damage is slightly off too (or wasn't done on Sion). I think you used an ExCancel while recording the numbers which made the meter gain lower than normal.

There's just not that many active players with the knowledge to write in-depth guides on the wiki for their characters. If you're just looking for lists of combos, see the character forums. If you're looking for frame data, there's a topic for that somewhere. If you feel like contributing, compile some of this info on the wiki pages that need it.
I contributed my limited knowledge on a few chars, but with a roster this large (and 3 moons each), there's a lot of work that can be done.

Then thanks to you on that~ No sweat, a little here and a little there, and we can eventually pull this off. With UNIB around the corner, I don't think we'll see updates to MB anytime soon.

^This was true and it should all be fixed now. Ill continue reformatting the rest as i have a few extra parts to put in, usefull OTG strings and techpunish information etc.
To note a good suggested method to test from 0% meter, set to Infinite then back to Normal and you will have no penalties and 0% meter.
