for those not used the buying DVDs in japan, yes they are usually very expensive, and that is the norm usually. If you think we pay a premium for domestic Anime DVDs here ($29-$39 per 4 episode DVD), japan pays like $50 per DVD, and sometimes theres only like 2 episodes in each disc.
Coop Cup DVDs are like $45, and last year's SBO DVDs were $50-60, but had multiple games within, at least this year you won't be paying for a game youre not interested in watching but buying a-la-carte.

Looks like it's going to be the Air economy bubble shipping for me seeing that UPS and FedEx shipping cost almost as much as the DVD itself.
(If you're going to charge a person $20 dollars or more for shipping something as small and light as a DVD then you better be sending it out in a reuseable steel case with custom cut foam padding. :V)

Man, you think that's bad? Try two three minute episodes of Di Gi Charat for 60 bucks.
-
ill lolercaust if the video just contains the SBO finals for ver.b

I would never.
I bought Capcom vs. Marvel 2 from GAMESTOP for $80.n That is the only thing I bought where I went "I can't beleive I am shelling out cash for this." At least THAT has resell value.

the DVD we're all pre-ordering contains only the Melty blood brackets. Like i said, you're buying a-la-carte this year.

Yeah, I keep thinking I wanna import stuff to get collectibles but then I realize it isn't worth 60+shipping for a useless DVD and a deck of cards.

$40 to get rid of Baldy? Seems like a steep price to pay, but to eliminate him, it's worth it.
