I had to redraw the entire part in the middle, where both Lancer's spears clash, and the left part of Arihiko's face and hair. I hope there will be an actual image so I can trace it.
And I'm pretty tired so I didn't spend much effort into it. You can see the edited parts.

It'll be nice to have more background on Aoko's character. It can definitely answer a few mysteries in the Nasuverse.

If you're interested in scanning it, I'm interested in looking at it.
Just don't expect translations or anything... my Japanese is only so-so (As my ComEdit translations surely show) and a discussion is probably sure to use slang and terms that my very limited understanding simply cannot grasp.
That also goes for a few of the other goodies I've seen some of you have...

Fate / strange fake might be a Gilgamesh prequel thing.
Fate/Strange Fake is a non-canon side story focusing around Gilgamesh as the main servant. The original release of it was a lols April Fools release that came with TM-Ace 2. Basically it happens at the end of the third grail war (before F/SN) where a group of magi try to recreate the grail war but fail. There are 6 servants this time (no Saber because of the fail) but yet 7 masters (the last master has no servant) and other stuff happens. I didn't bother to finish reading it because it became very boring at parts and very non-Nasu-ish, probably because it was not written by Nasu.

The magazine also contains a Fate / EXTRA double sided poster. One side shows a Caster portrait (which isn't good) and the other one shows Saber in her red dress, which is AWESOME.
Also, a MTNY wallscroll. I love it.
Tbh, I think my scanner suddenly dropped scanning quality since the last time. I had no idea how to fix that. But I did my best.
There's some text in there which is either infos about MTNY or something else. One scan already contains in-game text as far as I recognize, also one screencap scan.

I am very impatiently awaiting my Type Ace to arrive. I ordered it the week after Evo and it has now been almost 3 weeks. Tenso.com is becoming unreliable very fast for me. I may want to reconsider having them ship my Mahoyo copy when it comes out...

Ah, good catch. I wouldn't have noticed if you didn't say. I can see the mirroring in the shadows and floor tiles, now that I look.
I still don't get wtf is going on in the bottom right panel though.

I wish it were a monthly release on a regular schedule so I know when the next is coming out. You pretty much have to just look out for it and jump at it when you get the chance.

Wait till I start translating Mahoyo. Translating a few pages from a magazine is nothing compared to translating the script for an entire game. I'm both looking forward to it and not at the same time.

I think the KnK chars (Kokuto and Cornelius) are the most fitting to the original characters. Gil seems kind of...not richly adorned enough, you know? That bitch needs to be lavishly garnished with gold and jewels and with a face like she knows she's hot shit. Having Archer and Lancer be lolis makes no sense. They're experienced, battle hardened warriors who died as heroes at their prime and were immortalized forever. Having any of them be lolis is senseless.
Oh, and phantasmoon is da gawd. lol

I was on Ebay looking for no. 1 and I was bidding for one. This guy I was bidding against brought the bid up to $90. I bid at $90 then gave up because he kept outbidding me, so I looked and found someone selling it for 'buy now' for $100. $10 more and a guarantee buy, so I bought it. 3 days later, the bid ended and I won at the $90. :emo:

I bought no. 2 on ebay for $40. I brought it to work so I could read it while work was dead (when I worked as a manager in retail). It mysteriously vanished and I thought someone threw it away since I was the only one at the place who could read Japanese. I went on Ebay and bought another for $30. Three months later the missing one turned up...somewhere...I don't remember where.

I bought no. 3 at Kinokuniya in LA for $20. The next month my friend went to Japan and saw the magazine and bought it for me not knowing I already owned it.

Friend went to LA, bought it at Kinokuniya for me. Maybe I should buy a second since I have two of all the rest?

Bought online and had it shipped via Tenso.com. Tenso failed and lost my order...or something...and I never got it even though I bought it. Friend in Japan now is getting one for me and should be back in a week and a half.
