Yea, you're a few years to late for those. Though you might get lucky and see one or two figures from the Tsukihime Palm Scenery #1 or the second set of Yujin figures pop up on ebay every now and then and both of those have ok looking Sacchin's. Though if you're looking for a 1/8-1/6 sized figure all I have to say is good luck.

The Len PVC ~~comes out this month~~ just came out.

I should also note that this figure is insanely cheap for a 1/8 because it's a Sega Prize (UFO-catcher) figure. As I already own the just about the rest of this set, I can say that (Besides the Akiha figures face) the quality is pretty decent and well worth the purchase.

Quick figure update:

Sol International seems to have greenlighted another run of the original Hisui and Arcueid Brunestud 1/8 PVC's with the release date being sometime this month. This is both good and bad news as those fans of the older figures who were not able to obtain them and newer collectors will be pleased. Fans who already own these figures or who were expecting a fresh release and those wanting up to date, higher quality figures will be disappointed.

Of course doing this will save Sol International quite a bit of money in production costs which will hopefully be used to create higher quality figures in their Melty Blood line up. (Come on series IV!)

In any case, If you want them or have ever wanted them now would be your last chance as I expect that this will be their final run.
