: 3B launcher sion problem
: Onegai52 April 08, 2009, 08:41:47 AM
Hi, I remaped keys to numpad (A,B,C -> num 1,2,3) and I find out that I cant use 3B launcher. I press 3 and B but nothing happens. I even checked inputs in practice mode and it looked like i didn't even input the 3B but only 3 or B. 3C works fine and when i switch to the other side to launch with 1B instead of 3B, it works perfectly fine too. Is there any way to fix it without remaping keys to something else than nums?

Arrow keys? The max number of certain keys pressed at the same time and which keys those affect varies between different keyboards.

I don't really think that's the case, because 3C works and there is no problem with arc drives, EXs etc. Im using MS keyboard Reclusa

Yes, that is actually the problem. Keyboards will just do that. For example, on my old keyboard, the default 6N+M for A+B didn't work, but when I remapped it to A+S it worked. There's no real reason why A and S can be pressed at the same time but N and M can't, but the keyboard is just designed that way.

As mentioned by Ultima, keyboard limitations. Either get yourself a pad or an USB keyboard. PS/2 keyboards ALL have that problem, no exceptions.

That's strange; all recent USB keyboards I've tried don't suffer that issue.
