CCcaster : Player 2 can't select

Okay so me and my friend are trying out cccCaster so we can play against eachother.
Its not going well.

Shes hosting and so I have to join her.
She can select her character.
But I can't.
Yes My controls are the same as
for melty blood.
I checked 2p controls for melty blood
and they're the same for 1p.

I don't get it.

Nevermind we cleared this up!
Apparently we were using broadtcast instead of netplay hhhh
