I've played tsukihime and when i was reading, the background images weren't displayed. All I'm seeing is words and a black background. idk if this is normal or not. Also when i go to game options, I can't configure my settiongs to "on" or "off". Maybe I just don't know how to set my options to on. Can anyone help me?

Do the images not appear from the start, or do they disappear sometimes as the story goes on? (the latter being normal, sometimes)
Have you tried using skip mode to see if something changes?

they don't appear at ALL. I've used skip mode and nothing happens. It seems all i can do is go through the story with none of the games's images displaying. IDK what's going on.

Crap, didn't see your reply earlier.

One solution might be a reinstall. Shit sometimes happens for no explainable reason.
It is not unusual for visual novels to have hidden commands, sometimes these are triggered by accident. I'd check out the MirrorMoon forum and check if they have a list of such commands, or if anyone there can help.

sorry for not replying for so long. I tried reinstalling and still no images.

No clue. You might wanna try getting a hold of another installer, or test it on another computer.

I've never tried it on anything other than XP, so i can't say whether or not installing on a newer OS is supposed to work.
I do however know that installing it on XP and dragging the folder over to a newer system does work.

I doubt it's the OS though, since you aren't having any problems installing the game.
