crazy lag/slowdown

Okay I can normally play other online fighters fine, I mean I will rage cause I'm like 6-7 frames of lag , but you know they normally run smooth no matter how far behind they are.  So I try to play MBAACC demo online yeah no everyone I connect to the game slows to a complete crawl I'm talking like 5-6 fps I can run it just fine normally like no issues not even close.

Reinstall the game from scratch in japanese locale. Don't ask why this fixes it, but it does. Also make sure you're using the same resolution as your opponent.

For some reason entering or exiting fullscreen while the game is running netplay fixes the odd stop-and-go lag problem for a while but it'll randomly start back after around 5~30minutes

By the way does anyone knows how to install asian characters support for win 7 home edition? =x

I still have this problem playing with my friend who lives in the same city as me. I have tried the same resolution and changing the CPU affinity to 1 but it still lags like mad right from the beginning. I have even played matches with other people where it worked, but with other people like my friend it has the insane slow down.

If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this or what causes it please tell me.
