Digital output for ps2 and Melty Blood

Ok, I hook the digital optical cable to the ps2 made certain the option was selected on the ps2 config, and connected it to my LCD screen and NO AUDIO!>
Someone please help!

Plugging your optical cable in your lcd wont be better than plugging a normal rgb cable.You should connect it to some home theatre,5.1 audio system or whatever you have.
Edit:or maybe digital optical cable is different than normal optical cable?

Hey thanks. I should still be able to use the optical cable as an audio rather than analoug. BUt, it is what it is.
I have noticed for all the LCS Mbaa gamers that when u set the ps2 option on the main menu of the GAMING SYSTEM(not teh game options)
set it to fast but do not set smooth.I find with this setting th egraphics are slightly improved and the game speed is increased,as the characters seem to have a better response time.
