I'm having trouble trying to connect to other people.

When I pick option 8 and type in my IP, I get:

<Report>
Port: BAD ( UDP.7500 received No Signal)

What does this mean?

It means you need to learn how to port forward.

Yes and when being a smart ass then at least tell him he has to forward port UDP 7500.

option 8 only matters for people connecting to you. You need to forward your ports before you can host. http://portforward.com/ should help you with that.

if you cant connect to other people, its because theyre ports arent forwarded and therefor cant host.

Your final option is to use relay (option 7) and type in mizuumi.net

At my former residence, the router was broke or something and it wouldn't let me get into it to port forward and shit.  Anyway, there was a weird thing where I couldn't relay except with people with good connections (which could just host, so it was useless).  Anytime I tried to relay with someone with another bad connection, it would guarantee timeout.  It was bizarre, but I've heard of a couple other people who've had this problem.  Anyone know what's up with that?
