Help with playing MBAACC online
« on: July 29, 2013, 07:33:31 AM »
So a friend of mine intruduced me to Melty Blood and taught me the basics of the game through the online training mode. He hosted and I joined him without any problems(He has opened ports in his router for MB).

Now when I try to play other people it doesn't work since im behind a router(I can't access it since it isnt mine). I've tried with the latest Hamachi, and it didn't work either.

So my question to you guys is:
Can you play MB online without having to mess around with your router?

Edit:
Im using the latest CCCaster as well. Ver. 2.0b

I'm assuming you're trying to host? Short answer, no, you can't host without first forwarding your port. However, you should be able to play on the connecting side as long as the hosting end has their port forwarded.
