How do you save/make replay files?

I'm probably just blind, but I see an option in the main menu to watch replay files, but I cant for the life of me work out how to make replays.  Help?

Replays can only be saved in Versus mode. This includes netplay.

Thanks.  My forehead-slapping mistake was that I was always too eager to press "Once Again" to notice the "save replay" option in the after-match menu. :P
