When's Melty on Steam?

I'm new in this cccaster thing and I don't know what went wrong.

Here's what I did:
- download and extract cccaster 2.0d to MBAACC folder
- patched MBAACC to rev 1.4 and also downloaded a crack
- run cccaster.exe
- in cccaster, set-up control scheme
- run MBAA.exe then closed it
- in cccaster, i pick option [4]Training
- it asks me for delay and I set it to 0 (what is this for?)

Then after that, the game should run itself right? but instead cccaster automatically closes.
I tried repeating but  same scenario always happen.
I can't find a problem similar to these so can someone give me a solution.

Delay is how much delay between key press and game read.
