Making a Samsung lie about its capabilities.
« on: October 09, 2008, 08:23:55 PM »
I'm looking for a way to make my Samsung 953BW lie about its capabilities to Windows and the windows registry, through .inf, registry or driver editing to claim compatibility a wider range of resolutions.  At present, Mabinogi refuses to list high definition resolutions for me when I use the supplied Samsung driver.

If you're trying to make it list higher resolutions that your monitor doesn't support natively, then even if you got them it wouldn't display.

Oh, I know that.  I just want to know how this asinine korean code determines what resolutions it does or doesn't want to show, and work around it.
