I didn't have this problem with Act Cadenza, but Actress Again Current Code asks for inputs for the directional movement keys. Problem is, I either have to use the D-Pad or the left analog stick while I prefer using both due to the ease it makes some combos doing. (2A 2B 2C 236C in MBAC for example).
Any way I can get it to let me use both? Thank you.

I actually don't know nuts about pad, but this is based on my past experiences.
If it's a Dualshock 2.0, if you don't press the analog button between the two analog sticks, the analog sticks won't be active. So inputting using the left analog stick will be the same inputs as on the D-pad, ie: moving the left analog stick up = pressing up on the D-pad. Conversely, if it matters, moving the right analog stick up will be inputting triangle. So you can just set the directional controls in the game to the D-pad and turn your analog off, and it should work fine.
If you're using anything other than a Dualshock 2.0, I don't know anything else. Sorry.

I believe the problem BurstOfAnger mentioned can be fixed by emulating an XBox controller.

I'm using a Dual Shock 3 with motionjoy/DS3. You didn't have to choose the directional keys in MBAC but you have to in AACC, so I either have to use a D-pag or Analog.
I could use xpadder. Is there really a difference by using key mappers to map my d-pad and analog to WASD opposed to leaving it native like in MBAC? I'm scared it won't be accurate enough or whatever.
