MBAACC with Windows 10??

So I recently upgraded to Windows 10, and my first thought was "How will my old games hold up on this new operating system?".  Being a VERY passionate Melty Blood player, I avoided the upgrade to Windows 8 fearing that I would run into issues.  However, after hearing good things compatability-wise for Windows 10, I decided it was time to ditch 7 and move on.  I have now realized that Windows 10 runs Melty Blood at 20 FRAMES PER SECOND.  Is there any remedy to this?  Or should I go back to Windows 7??  I'm not about to ditch Melty, it's one of the main things I use my PC for.  Help?

I tried both fullscreen and windowed on all the compatability modes, and I still have just as few frames.  Help?!?!?!?

I had to change my NVidia driver to the Windows 10 version (appearently when Windows said it was "downloading all of my drivers" it seemed to miss THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE) and now I'm back at seamless 60 frames Melty!  Thank you so much!!
