I recently fixed a problem I was having running hawken and when I went to go play MBAACC it give sme the error "The program can't start because d3dx9_36.dll is missing from youcomputer. Try re-installing to fix this problem"

Recently I was solved by installing directX 11 and now for some reason It wont. All of my drivers are up to date. what should I do?

no wait. I spoke too soon.
I'm not getting a direct 3D error on launch. Fantastic. Same problem as last time

EDIT: Wait. I just changed screen resolution. it works fine. I feel dumb now
