I tried Gamebooster as you said. It's looking a little bit faster or maybe I'm just imagining it. I do not know how to show the active frames in the game. How do you display it?

Sorry for all the troubles. I think it's just my computer specs aren't up to par. Thanks for everything guys.

20-23 frames is the typical frame rate. Thanks, Shiki.

The CPU is something like five years old, but it's not that bad. That graphics card, though... isn't even a real graphics card. It was a terrible integrated chip when it came out and it's been out for a long time. Honestly, I'd just get a new computer if I were you. Try turning off all that extra animation/filter/etc fluff, though, and see where that gets you.

Sashi: thanks so much. I just got it up to around 50- 40  in idle state. And umm 30 to 40 when comboing.
The only problem really is blood heat and special recovery effects. That slows it down.

Yeah, I was afraid about that in the end. I knew this computer wasn't always the best even with simple tasks. Thanks everyone for your help.
