Melty Blood setup instructions

Can someone please give me step by instrauctions to install Melty Blood version B, I am a vista user and I cannot get it to work at all.  And I dont understand anything cause it's not translated.

Download the english patch from mirror moon and use that to install it, as long as the cd is in your drive it should work.
