Netplay controller issue

Alright, I use a PS2 controller to play MBAC, When offline the controller's config works to my liking, but when I get online, the controls completely change, and I've made the appropriate corrections to the controller config, but it still changes when online, anyone know whats wrong?

You need to configure the controls in the caster config file. The controls for playing offline won't work.

I'm pretty sure thats the way it's supposed to be.

Doesn't that config just remap the keyboard settings and not gamepad ones?
