Plz help in MBcaster

me and my friend were trying to netplay Melty Blood after about a 7-day break. We used hamachi and 1&2 connection. When we both tried to connect, The error : TIMEOUT (Access) popped up. We tried several times, but the same thing happened over and over. We checked the game with 9 (debug), and nothing was wrong. Can anyone tell me what the problem is, and/or how to solve it? Thanks in advance.

Did you try checking with option 8 > Mizuumi.net to see if the connection was good for the both of you?  The person hosting cannot have a bad connection.  If you both have a bad connection, you'll both have to relay (option 7 > Mizuumi.net).
