Well, I've been looking everywhere for a solve on this problem, but I can't find anything. So, that leads me to believe I'm the first one to ever encounter this problem. But hey, it's worth a try.
So, problem is, with Arcade Mode. Everything else runs just fine. With any character, after the first dialouge scene, The game encounters a problem, and needs to shut down (Aka CRASH). This was weird. I even re-installed to make sure everything was there.

Jesus H. Christ, how do you run Windows on 256mb of RAM, let alone Melty Blood?
-
Melty runs ok @ 256. It's the Windows part I'm wondering about.
-
Is it even possible to have less than 1024MB in RAM? :psyduck: :psyduck:

Your problem is most likely that you need the right japanese language files. The only other time I've heard of a problem like yours was due to that. I don't remember which you need, but no doubt someone else will.

Eh, but would this be the case if I have the english patch integrated with it?

I know, I know. But that's all I could afford. >_>;

No clue. Color me stumped.
-
Try Control Panel > Regional and Language Settings > Language tab > check Install Files for East Asian Languages. Have your Windows XP disc ready just in case.
-
Good god, how did you even get it running?
-
Actually, I'm quite surprised he's able to see anything at all while running MBAC. :psyduck:
-
I think I've already done that, Alfonse.
And enough about my shitty computer already. Dx
-
Hey, I've seen computers with 64MB running XP.
Anyway, have you tried running it without the translation patch?
-
Yes. Though it was before I reformatted my computer.
Same results. Dx
-
Meh, I've had a computer that's a little worse than his (1.5Ghz, Service Pack 2, 224mb RAM) and it ran MBAC just fine. Never crashed on me before.
Btw, you spelt Kouma wrong.
