I'm new to melty blood but i liked what i so and i played the trial was wandering do people still play Melty Blood Act Cadenza Ver.B or should i just get Melty Blood: Actress Again and maybe fine some offline comp

Not many people still play MBAC, unless they're outside of the US.  Most US melty comp is on that MBAA nowadays.  The scene is really starting to explode though, so it shouldn't be too hard to find offline comp, depending on where you live.
