I was looking through FrameDisplay, and I noticed that characters seem to have their own unique jump start ups. For example, according to FrameDisplay:
 
Sion: j.9 goes airborne on frame 6
        j.8 goes airborne on frame 4
        j.7 goes airborne on frame 5

Kouma: j.9 goes airborne on frame 4
           j.8 goes airborne on frame 4
           j.7 goes airborne on frame 5

Aoko: j.9 goes airborne on frame 7
         j.8 goes airborne on frame 7
         j.7 goes airborne on frame 5

Just wondering if this is frame data accurate, or not.

Superjump has it's own frame startup unique to each character as well.  I'm sure that applies to both sj8 and sj9.  They jumps all had character specific startup back in MBAC days too.

I didn't realize that different directions of jump had different startups though, that's interesting.
