hey I'm a new player coming from the new wave of SFIV players :).  Just a few pieces of advice from a new players perspective.  I think at the top of the guide it would be useful to point out how to configure your arcade stick like a traditional japanese setup of MB, and also how to unlock all the characters, just a lot of super basic stuff instead of just the gameplay/flow stuff that I kinda don't wanna read anyway cause I'd rather figure it out on my own you know (& create my own style etc.)?  Anyway thanks for the post :), and I'll probably read the rest later once I've played around with it!

Layout:
[A ][B ][C ]
[D ][_ ][E ]

Unlocks: Leave the game on for 24 hours and save. There are other ways to do it, but that's the simplest.

This is a nice guide man, keep it up. It really did help me understand it coming from playing SF exclusively.

Fireball motion, 236, 236, 236. Basically down, down-forward, forward three times repeatedly.

To expand on what dumba said, a rekka is specifically a series of 3 special moves and doesn't have to be 236 every time. It's just that it usually is a series of 236 motions.

An example would be like Ryougi's 236A > 236A > 214A being a rekka series.

Alright thanks! I'd give you +rep or something, but I'm not too sure how to do that either.
