Train Info: Take the LIRR to Ronkonkoma Station. Directions from Ronkonkoma Station to Castle Golf.

July 1st @ 1pm. Casuals will be running till close. (could be as early 10pm or as late as after midnight depending on level of activity)

Fee: $10 venue + $5 for each tourney you enter. Sorry, but you must pay the venue even if you to play casuals only.

Bringing TVs and systems cuts off $5 from your tourney fees. Sorry, but no matter how many TVs and systems you bring, you will still have to pay the $10 venue. Basically, bringing equipment gets you 1 free tourney per item you bring. (of course, it counts only if we actually use your TV/system)

Prize split: Depends on how big the pot is for a certain game. If it's big enough for the 70/20/10 split, there ya go. If not, winner takes all.

This is Castle Golf's first major game event, so let's make it a big one. I've got a good handful of people coming from NYC and even NJ, so let's keep it rolling with more participants.

Anyways, back to the upcoming tourney: Castle Golf has a Dance Dance Revolution Extreme machine, so I will run a tourney in that too.

Overall, Sunday is the best day for these. (in terms of everyone who will be involved) If you all can guarantee me a bunch of people on any other day, I'll do so for a future tourney.

Seriously, put out any date you all want in July and I'll see what I can do.

Can you show me the quote on this site where I gave the impression I own or otherwise am completely in charge of Castle Golf? Castle Golf itself and those in charge are the biggest factors when I referred to "everyone involved".

Anyways, like I said, tell me whatever specific day you all want and I'll see what I can do to make it happen. I don't want to go through the trouble of commandeering a particular day only to have you all tell me it's inconvenient.

Saturdays are very tough to get during the spring/summer. During the fall/winter, no problem. Sundays are tough enough to get now. I had to fight just to get July 1st.

Besides, I thought most W2Z tourneys are on Saturdays anyway. I don't wanna have mine on the same day as a good W2Z event.

When you said everyone involved I took it as the people working for the tournament and the people attending the tournament, basically keeping it local without worry or care for gathering people from outside of your circle. It seems I misunderstood, but really now tournaments on a Sunday are not a good idea. If the W2Z tournaments were held on a Sunday it wouldn't have never gotten past the first tournament back in April.

Regardless of that, I say to ATTEMPT to get a tournament on a Saturday, but it's your call. NYC MB could bring 10 people on its own easy, but as is it doesn't look like anyone's up for it. So whatever, I'll try and come to one of these, but you guys are really out of the way so we'll see.

I will try to get the next big tourney (probably the end of July/beginning of August) on a Saturday. The chances of that happening depends on how successful July 1st is.
