Text is really hard to read because of the stage BG (white on white), also when you do notation you should lay it out in a line on the bottom instead of having them flash in and out one after another or people not used to number notation will go "!?". (Cause thats the target audience right?)
"circuit spark which is a defensive tool that blows your opponent away from you" is repeated twice @ 1:44. You should mention that you can use it during blockstun as well. Also for held shields AFAIK you can't cancel them into normals, only special moves, and EX shields allow you to cancel into anything. You should also tell them that circuit spark is unsafe if baited, and is shieldable.
To show examples for EX guarding (to get people familiar with it) you can compare it to just defending in Garou MOTW (however you can't cancel out of it like a just defend) and instant blocking in Blaz blue.
You didn't explain anything about airdodge and dodge
you should tell people what it can do etc. (Like you can get thrown out of it, you can punish it, etc)
For Hmoon you should say the autospark is completely safe, so they don't get the wrong idea.
