It does but its almost insignificant, and most ppl don't like the fact that they reverse beat, I also think its easier to connect, but I might just be crazy.

Yes 5b (whiff) 5b (charged) is untechable for a large amount of frames. (If you launch them too high they can tech when they get near the ground).
