Nope, i would assume that anyone is capable of doing this. used to get it a lot on ps2 ver when practicing an anti-jump string w/ Aoko (iad late jB(airguarded)>jC>burst>airdash>jCB>land>2a>3c) and basically botching the timing so that the dummy airguards the jB then lands and blocks 2a on the next frame. So close that it appears as if the dummy is airguarding the jB from the ground. Upon landing i would just mash 2a when I knew I had failed the air guard break. The result was no push back on pretty much anything. I would do full strings and rebeat back to an unused A attack and still no push back.
Thought it was amusing the first few times seeing it but simply put if off as a training mode only bug and ignored it. But seeing it
again....in an actual match....is rather...interesting.
Oh, I had already thought of counter strats upon 'discovering' and executing it a few times. Shield bunker is the easiest answer and CS is the next solution (once the meter completely fills from guarding).
Have fun finding ways to reproduce this w/ other chars as it is VERY situational.
