j.2C is the fastest ground overhead in the game! you can't react to that, you just have to guess.

well arguably kohaku instant j.C is faster but akiha's j.2C works on everyone (kohaku is dependent on height, etc)

arcueid's ground overhead 5BEB may be easier but its also easy to react to

Either learn it or quit Akiha basically.
<Xenozip> actually i think miyako was intuitive for linalys
<Xenozip> simple because his playstyle is.. well..
<Xenozip> linalys
<Xenozip> true chaotic

Omgad haha how discouraging. Hm ic...

Oh hey I was wondering, how do people combo right after j.2c from the ground? When I do it they get knocked back and there's a delay after I do it so I have no time to combo  :mystery:

You basically land j.2c low enough to the ground so that you land shortly after hitting your opponent. What you're seeing is probably the tk (tigerknee) j.2c in action. For tk j.2c, you're trying to execute the move right when you jump into the air. The input is 8~2c, where you're hitting 2c immediately after you hit 8, your jump input. Then you chain into your combo. If you're quick enough, you should land and be able to continue your combo, but it won't work if you're too high off the ground when doing j.2c.

Nono, Atropy.  Tiger Kneeing is a technique of doing air moves close to the ground.

Here, try the wiki article, perhaps that'll help.

http://wiki.meltybread.com/index.php?n=ActCadenza.TK

The replay file is a TK'd special move, but you should get the idea.  In the case of j.2C, however, you don't want to be hitting down before you jump, or you'll superjump which has too much startup to TK most moves.

edit:  Attached is a replay of j.2C and then TK j.2C.  Hope this helps.
