i belive those 2 parts are basically the arc driving hitting as an OTG, therefore it doens't activate the Arcdrive part where all the summons come out and hitting and the ending with the Smiley face.

That is correct. Also, it will only work in a corner.
This vid has some fun stuff but the only new thing that seems particularly practical (unless you only have to win the current round and have insane amounts of meter) is the x 236c 2c 6c x corner stuff. Also note that a lot of the combos were done vs Warakia so the damage on them seems higher than it would be on average. The part in the vid where Wara sends out all 3 summons at once isn't a glitch or anything, it's hard to see but Nero is actually hitting him with 5a between each summon. Also lol @ the combo vs Neco Arc Chaos.

EDIT: Ok, Warakia is officially the biggest loser on youtube. I must have seen every Warakia match vid and he loses on every single one, except this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QqtraU1N8tg, and it was a narrow win, you can almost see him sweating.

Those are great vids, definitely the best Warakia I've seen on YouTube. The post date on them is July 21, though, before 1.02 was released.

Lots of jA throughout. I'm still not very keen on this attack, he seems to make great use of it in air-air fighting.

Summon less. Even though I have absolutely no idea what your opponent was trying to do in general pretty much all your setups when you didn't have frame advantage were incredibly unsafe and it was through pure luck that you didn't get punished. Keep in mind Warakia does not have much life or defense and every time you eat a combo you really, really feel it so risky stuff like summoning V. Akiha and Nero out of nowhere are very bad ideas. You managed to convert most of the summon hits into jc jc 421c which is good. It's pretty hard to say much else given that you seemed to control the first match, second match it didn't seem like either of you knew wtf was going on. Hopefully you have other blockstrings besides abc summon because if you do that often it will get shielded and you will die. Some other options besides summon are 22b tornado or whiff cancel b or c into resume pressure or dash in throw. Your opponent seemed to jump in a fairly predictable pattern, you could easily have air thrown him a a variety of times but jump in air throw with Wara doesn't get you much besides occasionally an enemy scared of jumping, unless you throw them very low and they're dumb enough to recover near you.

yeah I figured I summon too much especially in that match I was going crazy with it for no good reason lol
I have some other blockstrings that don't involve summons but I like to do the summons until they get me hurt hahaha.
you mean whiff cancel the 2B or the 2C in the blockstring right? I did do one after the first hit of 2C at 00:43 and dashed into a 2A
thanks for the advice I will keep in mind for next time. should be more videos sometime this week (and I don't normally do 2 heat activations in one round...but now that I think about it I'm not sure what I normally do I just kinda go on a whim lol)

Either way, you were clearly in control. How about trying some of those jAs in that close-combat aerial dashing, like the japanese ;D

I am overly in love with the akiha summon for some reason and tend to use it when I think they might jump in at me lol...really shouldn't use it so much. Reason I don't use the nanaya summon often is cause I am constantly assuming that ppl are gonna jump. I had played mr mamation before (I play GG with him all the time but we hadn't played MB with each other in like a year lol) so I SORTA knew what was gonna happen even though I had never used Wara on him before...
I should use more jAs for air to air that's true as well

Maybe superjump would work, like you say. If you're not used to it you might miss your chance.
Here's another idea: Tech-trap. Anticipate their tech, then dash in and try to catch with something like 2B, (should launch again) or 623, or 2C (last resort, but rangeful). Those seem to be the most feasable un-airblockable options. Of course, this is easier said than done, you have to anticipate the tech direction and decide quickly that you're going to tech-trap instead of try air combo. But it could work out.

he teched pretty high after the akiha summon so I'm not sure any of my air unblockable stuff would have hit that high...and I'd much rather take a combo anyway if I can get it (which I probably can)

critisism from my own perspective:
- too many invalid combos from me in round 2 =[
- waited way too long to rush forward after the 22C at 0:48
- I'm not sure why when I'm trying for iad jB after a corner knockdown it keeps crossing up...happened in the other video too...bad timing or were they not all the way against the wall you think?
the guy I'm fighting does not even have the game and I have been teaching him how to play off and on whenever he comes to my house (I know, me teaching ppl MB...what's the world coming too?) there should be 2 matches of me losing but I dunno when they will be up. that should show my problems better I assume

it's longer than the other team matches because it was early on and we had it on infinite time (we noticed it during the matches and changed it afterward)

learned something about 214A (and other summons have this affect too)
against corner you can do 2A2A2B2C(2 hits) 214A as a blockstring and wara will get pushed back extra while the summon will not. THIS is when you must do superjump jC jC ender combo. If you do like...blockstring 5A whiff cancel into 214A...it will not have as much range and you will not get pushed back as much so superjump will not be needed.
and chaos summon doesn't hit crouching akiha/arc! but it does hit crouching kouma/wara... 0__0

Tiamat use the BNB where you lag 9 a little before jumping after 6c. You can grab without airdash and if you grab them into corner you get a lot more options.
Air throw > j.c otg > nero summon
or Air throw > Air dash > j.c whiff >grab
or air throw > air dash > j.c / j.b hit > combo

Few notes:
For the BHAD bara, you need to time the bara right at the moment I do it in the vid or you will get hit during the startup frames. Same with the Shield bunker LA.

From what I can understand from the video
You can start off with:
2c > 2a whiff
2c > Jump cancel
CORNER:
2c > 236c > 2c > 2a whiff
2c > 236c > 2c > jump cancel
Or just basic ground throw
then you can do:
IAD > jump > j.c
SJ > jump (do this immediately after SJ) > j.c
Jump forward > Air dash > jump > j.c
To crossup and make it look like 50/50 you have to tilt slightly forward or backwards during the second jump or during the J.c. From what I can see from the video, the guy used j.c's momentum to crossup his opponents. I believe you can still crossup with just the second jump though.
Correct me if I'm wrong though D:

Nothing real new here but this does show various good mixups. The 6c2c in a block string is pretty effective because people tend to attempt to dash in punish when they see a 6c.

I wanted to play around with the throw setup. Right now, I'm just testing it on various characters. Here is a few characters I could do the setup on. I'll be testing the other characters when I have more time, so I'm not totally 100% sure yet that it works on everyone.
I'm also not too sure of it's practical at all during matches D:
The timing is pretty strict. Basically, wait a bit for the nero arm to swing then dash in. Right before you approach your opponent, do the 63214c input. It should slide you forward a little and push your opponent back. Throw as soon as you can D:
236c - 2c - 214c - 63214c - throw
Pros:
-It looks awesome
-Does 200~ more damage than Nero throw
-Instead of throwing you can also combo instead and the second ring will hit during then too. Massive damage D:
Cons:
-Uses up 150% - 250% (Use only in heat mode ploz)
-Strict timing
-Probably unsafe

I'm not sure how to do the AAD nanaya summon yet but as for the other things, they're mainly tech punishes. One of them is 2b AA CH then if they tech forward and you activate your AAD then it'll lag the last unblockable hit for massive damage.
For the unlimited nanaya summon works, as long as you get CH'd out of recovery from it at least once, you can summon ANYTHING without recovery forever until you press any normal.

I was just trying this days the CH summon thing and I wondered: Could it be useful in matches????
I tried it on my friends and it brought them in little confusion: they didn't know how to react.
Me and my friends are not "pro": would the summon thing work against a very good player??? :prinny:

No it wouldn't really work, maybe two summons max. And to get them to hit you at the moment any summon is coming out is pretty hard.

Your warachias good the thing about wara is you can juke a enemy into thinking you doing one move and immediately switching to the next. when you use akiha to start a bounce of floor combo very good wara is my best charector also i would defintly in the future want to go against yours with mine itll bee one bloody battle ahaha. ;D
