Having trouble jump canceling in BnB

Quick Man:
Hey guys, cant seem to figure out the timing (and maybe the motions: I'm trying to hit 9 on the stick after each jB jC jB jC) on that BnB for the jump cancel portion.

Press:
j.b j.c j.b j.c actually means you need to jump cancel after the first j.c and not every time you see j since j.(whatever) stands for the aerial version of that move.
So it should look something like this j.bc dj(double jump or jump cancel) j.bc
Whoever wrote it probably assumed everyone knew where to do the jump cancel.

My bad. I'm coming from Capcom games so its a notation error.

That first j.bc though, I  have to jump cancel in between the "b" and the "c" right? So shouldn't it be j.b jc.c?

No, j.b and j.c chain into each other. So basically when you're in the air, just hit b then c then jump and j.bc again.
