A problem I've been having with MBAC lately.

MBAC works fine on my computer, but when using netplay, it has a small chance of freezing. It doesn't just freeze MBAC, but freezes my computer as well, so nothing except for a hard reset will fix it. It's usually only a 1/20 chance of freezing, but lately, it's increased to 1/4 or so. I've found that the more I play MBAC netplay, the worse the problem gets. Is there any explanation of this, or does my computer just hate netplay? .-.

Your comp just seems to hate netplay. My comp has never freezed because of it, and there haven't been any stories from others i've heard. Maybe you just think its netplay and something in your comp is going out?

No, I'm pretty sure it's netplay. It freezes on the red starting screen with the character pictures and special commands. I had that problem with MBR netplay, too. It could be something in the comp, but then it's probably triggered by the netplay.

Hm. Really odd. I've never had/heard of this problem before, so I can't exactly help. Sorry.

Tropsy would be the best person to ask, since he's the one who developed the MBAC Netplay to begin with (and thus knows almost every nook and cranny regarding its interaction with your computer).

Try a reinstall of the game after running a scandisk and stuff.

Well, one problem I've had with netplay is that it sucks my ram dry.  try stopping a few programs and see what happens.
