...and why would you want a list of command line arguments? Not to mention that the possibilities of finding such a list (or that such a thing even EXISTS, period) are slim to none, and slim just left town.

Shortcuts dude.  Skipping the options menu would be nice.

Because pressing Enter once is just too hard? You could even use Joy2Key to map it to a button on your stick. =P

Or you could use an argument and never have to worry about it.

I know MBcaster skips the options screen.

Probably just jumps into a point in the code after the options screen.

Please, that would be the proverbial top of the food chain in laziness.

Laziness, or overkill?

It's not really being lazy if the time saved by setting up this shortcut is greatly overshadowed by the time and effort required to devise the shortcut in the first place.

I don't think not wanting to wait 10-15 seconds each time you start up the game has anything to do with laziness. That wait is fucking annoying when you're switching sticks/pads out.

Things I would rather do with a command-line argument:

Set my stick configuration (Tunnel in a text file with my settings or settings for other people)
Set windowed/fullscreen mode
Set framerate (Hey, running at low speeds is great for ripping.)

AutoHotkey, nice macro tool. Allows to run programs, simulate Keys, mouse clicks and mouse movements and can move the mouse towards any x/y-position etc and can replay those actions in any speed. I recently wrote a macro that downloads the newest keys for my TV prog and includes them into it. 30 minutes macro writing, less than 30 seconds of downloading and including. Before it took me 4 minutes every time.
