Moveset Information

Is anyone able to point me into the right direction for getting detailed information on each character move set?

Things I need to know:
Damage, startup/active/recovery frames, meter gained and proration.

I can find out damage/meter gained/proration myself, but the other stuff I dunno how to figure out. I see that most of this information is posted on the SRK wiki, but I've heard it's not up to date.
