How's it goin? I recently started playing MBAC and I have a few questions. First, about Bara cancelling. How do you know when you've pulled it off? Does it completely cancel the Bara, or is it a quick ex move right after it? And 2) What is ex dust? :mystery:

As for your questions:

You'll burn 50% meter and the special/EX will come out when you normally would have been in hitstun.

Ex Dust is one of Hisui's EX moves. The one where there's a superflash and she launches out a dust cloud.

EX dust refers to Hisui's... EX Dust. It's her super move where she launches a dust projectile.

Ah, ok thanks! That's two problems solved. Now... Is there a way to stop/counter a bara cancel being used against you?

No, because when an opponent uses Bara cancel, you are most likely in recovery frames, which makes it impossible for you to stop or counter it. Except projectiles.
